Starter Programs Aerial & Pole

Want to try pole dancing or aerial acrobatics? Our starter programs are the perfect introduction. 🎉

In small groups you will learn the basics step by step – safely and in a structured manner. No prior knowledge is required.

Over six weeks you'll build strength, learn your first tricks, and develop a feel for movement in the air. Together as a group, you'll celebrate your progress and grow beyond your own expectations.


Current Starter Programs

  • Aerial Hoop Starter Program (6 sessions) | Wednesdays 6:40-7:55 PM | Starts April 8th

  • Aerial Silk Starter Program (6 sessions) | Thursdays 8:00-9:15 am | Starts April 9th

  • Aerial Hoop Starter Program (6 sessions) | Fridays 5:15-6:30 pm | Starts April 10th

  • Pole Dance Starter Program (6 sessions) | Thursdays 5:15-6:30 pm
