Six-week intro to Aerial Hoop: for complete beginners, no prior experience š
In this course you will learn:
first safe holds and ascents
You can find sitting and hanging positions in the ring
You build strength, body tension, and confidence.
the joy of movement in aerial acrobatics
The first 6 weeks are exclusively for newbies and can only be booked with a 6-class pass, trial ticket, or single tickets. After that, the Intro to Hoop class continues as normal and can be attended with all memberships/class passes.
