Six-week intro to Aerial Hoop: for complete beginners, no prior experience šŸ˜

In this course you will learn:

  • first safe holds and ascents

  • You can find sitting and hanging positions in the ring

  • You build strength, body tension, and confidence.

  • the joy of movement in aerial acrobatics


The first 6 weeks are exclusively for newbies and can only be booked with a 6-class pass, trial ticket, or single tickets. After that, the Intro to Hoop class continues as normal and can be attended with all memberships/class passes.
