Stunning Shapes: 12:15 - 13:45 Uhr

In this workshop, I’ve prepared a selection of beautiful moves – including exciting square shapes, splits, and ankle hangs. Step by step, I’ll guide you through each figure, with the goal of ending the day with some stunning photos of your shapes on your phone.

Prerequisites: Confident invert from the floor and foot lock

Did you know there are endless ways to enter a belay? And since there are so many different entries, it only makes sense that there are countless ways to drop into one, too! A drop that ends in a belay — sounds perfect, right? Whether you want to add something after the belay or simply enjoy the drop itself is completely up to you. Come join me and learn a few beautiful drops that finish in a belay.

Prerequisites: Hipkey and aerial invert

Flip it 15:30 - 17:00 Uhr

Are you ready for flips and rolls on the fabric? Get ready to explore a variety of fun aerial elements! Some of the moves I’ll be teaching are so-called infinity flips — these can be repeated endlessly, one after another. Other flips or rolls can only be done once in a sequence.

Flips with the fabric are great because the fabric provides a kind of support, allowing you to try movements you might not be able to do on the ground. Plus, the height we gain from the fabric makes these flips possible in the first place.

Prerequisites: Aerial inverts (without using your feet for assistance)
